ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF KEHAMILAN,PERSALINAN, NIFAS,BAYI BARU LAHIR, DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA PADA NY. D UMUR 24 TAHUN G2P1Ah1 DI PUSTU MALAWILI KABUPATEN SORONG TAHUN 2023 LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR

The problem of the high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still relatively high, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021 stated that the number of maternal deaths increased from 4,197 in 2019 to 4,432 in 2020. Based on data from the 2019 West Papua Province Health Profile, the Death Rate Maternal MMR is one indicator to see the success of maternal health efforts. AKI is the risk of maternal death during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Those caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum or their management, but not due to other causes such as accidents or falls in every 100,000 live births. Maternal deaths per district/city: 41 maternal deaths in West Papua Province occurred due to bleeding, 16 people, hypertension 5 people, infection 13 people and others 8 people, according to the data. West Papua is a contributor to the highest MMR in the last two years, namely 2017-2019, there were 204 and 108 deaths in one year, the high maternal mortality illustrates the still low level of service to pregnant women, where the first pregnant mother visited K1 and K4 in 2 years This has decreased, namely 66.97%, 24.12% and 0.0%, 41.5%, as well as deliveries by health workers 48.807% and 38.3%.
This type of research is descriptive using the SOAP Midwifery Management case care method. Research subject Mrs. D who was accompanied during the 3rd Trimester of pregnancy at 32 weeks of gestation, delivery, postpartum, BBL, and KB. Case results were taken at the Malawili Community Health Center, Sorong Regency from 27 February to 31 May 2023.
The research results were obtained in Mrs. D G2P1Ah1 24 years old, 32 weeks gestation, namely by providing comprehensive midwifery care (COC) from pregnancy to contraceptive use and no problems/complications were found.
Masalah tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2021 menyatakan bahwa jumlah angka kematian ibu naik dari 4.197 Tahun 2019 menjadi 4432 di Tahun 2020. Berdasarkan data dari Profil Kesehatan Provinsi Papua Barat tahun 2019, Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat keberhasilan upaya kesehatan ibu. AKI adalah rasiko kematian ibu selama masa kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas. Yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas atau pengelolaannya, tetapi bukan karena sebab-sebab lain seperti

kecelakaan atau terjatuh di setiap 100.000 kelahiran hidup. kematian ibu per kabupaten/kota Sebesar 41 orang kematian ibu di Provinsi Papua Barat terjadi disebabkan oleh Pendarahan sebesar 16 orang, Hipertensi sebesar 5 orang, infeksi sebesar 13 orang dan lain-lain sebesar 8 orang, data tersebut. Papua Barat merupakan penyumbang tingginya AKI dalam dua tahun terakhir yaitu 2017-2019, terdapat 204 dan 108 kematian dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, tingginya kematian ibu tersebut menggambarkan masih rendahnya pelayanan kepada ibu hamil, di mana kunjungan ibu hamil pertama K1 dan K4 dalam 2 tahun ini mengalami penurunan yaitu 66.97%, 24.12% dan 0.0%, 41.5%, begitupun persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan 48.807% dan 38.3%.
Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode asuhan kasus Manajemen Kebidanan SOAP. Subjek penelitian Ny. D yang didampingi saat hamil Trimester 3 dengan usia kehamilan 32 minggu, bersalin, nifas, BBL, dan KB. Hasil kasus diambil di Puskesmas Malawili Kabupaten Sorong mulai dari tanggal 27 Februari s/d 31 Mei 2023.
Hasil penilitian diperoleh pada Ny.D G2P1Ah1 usia 24 tahun, usia kehamilan 32 minggu, yaitu dengan memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif (COC) mulai dari masa kehamilan hingga pemakaian kontrasepsi dan tidak ditemukan masalah/ komplikasi.
